Shipping & Handling / Returns
Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order ships.
Research-only handling:
All shipments are packaged and handled as laboratory research materials and must be stored and used for in-vitro research purposes only. These products are
not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or ingestion
. Customers are responsible for safe laboratory handling, storage, and disposal.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, all products are final sale and cash refunds are not issued. A replacement or store credit may be considered only when the product arrived damaged or an incorrect product was received.
Conditions:
The product arrived damaged or compromised, or an incorrect product was received, and the issue is reported with supporting documentation.
Timeframe to request:
Any request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
How to request a refund or return:
Email support@silverlinelabs.store with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the product and packaging, and the delivery date.
Resolution timeframe:
We acknowledge refund and return requests within 2 business days and resolve all eligible claims within 7 business days.
